On February 7, 2017, the Secretary of King Prajadhipok's Institute (KPI), Prof. Woothisarn Tanchai, members from the Ministry, University and business affiliates and others, total 33 members visited NITech and made a courtesy visit to President Ukai.

After the courtesy visit, Prof. Nobutaka Odake, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tadahiro Takeno and Ass. Prof. Wisetjindawat Wisinee gave a briefing and Q&A session on the topic of "Economic development under the changing technology in the Digital Age" which was very productive.
