The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Japan of Embassy of the Republic of South Africa, Dr. Mohau N. Pheko, Counsellor Head of Economic Section Ms. Tshepo Makhene, First Secretary of Political Section Ms. Ntombi Msibi, and Marketing officer of Economic Division Mr. Tomokiyo Shimura visited Nagoya Institute of Technology (NITech) on 18th March.
At the meeting with Executive Vice-President of NITech, who is an officer of industry-academic-government collaboration, Dr. Hideki MASUDA, they exchanged opinions regarding our research and the possibilities of collaboration research and students exchanges between the Republic of South Africa and NITech with the attendance of Prof. Hajime OHTANI, who has colleagues in the Republic of South Africa and Prof. Emiko HAMADA from Center for Social Contribution and Collaboration.
The Ambassador paid a courtesy call to the President Dr. Minoru TAKAHASHI after the meeting and stated she hopes this visit will be further opportunity of exchange between the Republic of South Africa and NITech.
