10:35-10:45 The presentation ceremony of Nagoya KOGYOKAI special scholarship awards:
(* Nagoya KOGYOKAI is the alumni association which supports the education and research of Nagoya Institute of Technology.)

Access:
1-minute walk from Subway Tsurumai Line, Tsurumai Station
3-minute walk from JR Chuo Line, Tsurumai Station
5-minute walk from city bus stop “Tsurumai Koen Mae”

Notice:
Newly enrolled students are requested to enter the ceremony hall between 9:30 and 9:45.
For families, the ceremony will be broadcast live at the hall on the 4th floor.

★ 10:55-14:35 Orientation for newly enrolled undergraduate students
(12:00-13:30 lunch break, after the orientation, students will move to the campus to be taken photos and receive a student identification card etc. All procedure will be done before 16:00.)

★ 13:20- Orientation for newly enrolled graduate students at the campus Room Number 5111.
