On July 11^th, 2018, Dr. Juan Carlos Loyola-Licea, the Dean for Academic Affairs of Saltillo Institute of Technology (Mexico), and Dr. Adriana Guzmán-Larralde made a courtesy visit to President Ukai on behalf of the Principal of Saltillo Institute of Technology, Dr. Arnoldo Solis-Covarrubias.
