Nagoya Institute of Technology (NITech) concluded Agreement for Academic Exchange and Cooperation, and MoU for Student Exchange Program with Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT Madras) on April 18th, 2022.

　Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT Madras) is one of Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), which are India's top national university of technology. NITech already signed Academic Exchange Agreement with two Indian Institutes of Technology (Varanasi and Bombay). This time, because NITech got an offer to conduct students and research exchanges between the two Institutes, the conclusion of new agreements has been accomplished.
　In addition, IIT Madras also proposed new international joint education and research activities at the three institutions including Universitē de Limoges in France, which both NITech and IIT Madras have academic exchanges with. From now on, it is expected to promote students and research exchanges between NITech and IITs, and further internationalization of NITech.
