Publishing : July 9, 2019

On June 28, 23 international students participated in Day Trip to visit Panasonic Ecology Systems Co., Ltd. and Aichi Museum of Flight.
In the morning, we visited Panasonic Ecology Systems Co., Ltd. At first, we had a briefing on the company's outline. After the briefing, we had a showroom tour to observe the company's products and technologies. Students observed new products such as Mist Sauna, Circulator, Hypochlorous acid Indoor Antibacterial Deodorizer. We also had a factory tour and learned how those products, which we had observed at the showroom, are produced and transferred. Lastly, we could talk with employees from other countries and students proactively asked them about Internship, Training Programs and so on.
In the afternoon, we visited Aichi Museum of Flight. At an Orientation Theater, we learned the history and development of the aircraft industry in Aichi.
This trip made students interested in working at Japanese company. It was a great opportunity to learn about further knowledge of engineering in Aichi.
Nagoya Institute of Technology has been supporting employments for international students by "Employment Promotion Program for International Student" through a consortium comprising by Nagoya University, Gifu University and Meijo University.
