Erasmus+ Program is the EU's main program to support education which enables universities between EU and non-EU countries to exchange students, faculty and staff.

This time, NITech jointly applied for International Credit Mobility-ICM, which is one of the Erasmus+ programs, with Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU) and Politehnica University of Timisoara (UPT) respectively, and they were both successfully adopted. It is for the second time of success with FAU and for the third time with UPT.

NITech has long been promoting to strengthen the collaboration with universities in Europe. As the result, in addition to the joint programs with FAU and UPT this time, Erasmus+ Program with Universidad Politècnica de València (UPV) (Spain), Poznan University of Technology (Poland), Lodz University of Technology (Poland) had also been adopted before. That is to say 10 Erasmus programs have been adopted in total in NITech in the past five years.
