手続を始める前に、以下のものをご準備ください。
Before starting the procedure, please prepare the following items in advance.
- 学生証等の学生番号が確認できるもの
Student ID card or other proof of student number - 登録する金融機関口座キャッシュカードの暗証番号（注）キャッシュカードのない口座は登録できません。
PIN code of the financial institution account cash card to be registered. （Notes）Accounts without cash cards cannot be registered.- 学生本人名義または家族等指定連絡人（学費負担者）名義の個人口座の登録が可能です。 「法人名義」口座または「屋号付き」口座名義は登録できません。
Personal accounts can be registered in the student's name or in the name of a family member or other designated contact person (person responsible for tuition fees).Corporate names or account names with trade names cannot be registered. （「法人名義」口座または「屋号付き」口座をご希望の場合は、本学HPに掲載の「預金口座振替依頼書・自動払込利用申込書」（書面）による手続をお願いします。なお、書類に不備が無い場合でも、提出から引落口座として利用可能となるまで1か月程掛かります。） - その他、金融機関により登録の際に必要な情報が異なります。詳細は、各金融機関へお問い合わせください。
Other information required for registration varies by financial institution. Please contact your financial institution for details.
- 学生本人名義または家族等指定連絡人（学費負担者）名義の個人口座の登録が可能です。 「法人名義」口座または「屋号付き」口座名義は登録できません。
- ※口座の暗証番号は、登録者が口座名義人かどうかを金融機関が確認するために入力が必要です。暗証番号の情報は、本学や三井住友カード株式会社（旧SMBCファイナンスサービス）には一切提供されません。
The account PIN must be entered so that the financial institution can confirm whether the registrant is the account holder. No information will be provided to Nagoya Institute of Technology or External Payment Agents.
手続上の注意点 Procedural Considerations
- 一定時間操作されない場合は「タイムアウト」になりますので、ご注意ください。タイムアウトになると、操作を最初からやり直していただくことになります。
Please note that if no operation is performed for a certain period of time, the system will “time out”. If the timeout occurs, you will have to start the operation over from the beginning. - 次回の口座振替に授業料引落口座の新規登録または変更を希望する場合は、口座引落日の前月の末日までに手続を完了させてください。
If you wish to register a new or change your tuition debit account for the next direct debit, please complete the procedure by the last day of the month prior to the direct debit date.
- ※口座変更希望の場合は、再度登録してください。最後に登録いただいた口座から引落します。
If you wish to change your account, please register again. The amount will be deducted from the last account you registered.
