Cargo Dragon Spacecraft No. 26 (SpX-26) with a titanium alloy sample fabricated by NITech launched into space!

An experimental sample fabricated under a collaborative research project (*1) in which Professor Yoshimi Watanabe and others of Department of Physical Science and Engineering, NITech participated was launched by SpaceX Falcon9 rocket on November 27, 2022 (JST), and arrived at the International Space Station by Cargo Dragon Spacecraft No. 26 (*2). It will be used for an experiment in the ELF (*3) installed in the Japanese Experiment Module Kibo. The launch was streamed on NASA's YouTube channel (*4).
